Above is the final piece for my peacock composition. The one below was my first copy, but I decided the entire piece should have a single colour theme, as did the other 2 pieces to complete this set of 3. Blue is obviously the theme of this piece due to the peacock plumage, but the shading around the outside and the bright light from the male's feathers gently reflecting off the face of the female looks quite romantic to me, and that is the subject of the communication in this piece.
